The challenge was to create a building for car repair. The program is divided into three distinct areas: the workshop space, the reception space for customers and their car delivery area, and the space for employees who work there.

Formalization was based on the reduction of costs inherent in construction but also on the optimization of the energy resources that the building consumes, as well as the well-being of those who will work there.
